Founder & Managing Principal
Jennifer Dunphy, DrPH, MBA, MPH, is the Founder and Managing Principal of The Value Care Group. A former Chief Population Health Officer and senior healthcare operating executive, she brings over a decade of experience leading complex, full-risk healthcare organizations across Medicare, Medicaid, dual-eligible, commercial, and exchange populations.
Her expertise spans financial and operational performance, population health strategy, medical cost management, and scalable care delivery models. She now advises healthcare organizations, innovators, and investors on navigating risk, accelerating growth, and translating strategy into measurable results.
